This system is composed of loading part, voltage decrease test line, rated test line and sound room. Conveying line of up-to-down plate saves space and runs stably in horizontal forward. In addition, copper bar is used in the conduction joint from the working station plate to line. Elastic contact carbon brush is used in joint from the line to working station plate.
